HARRISON COUNTY, Ind. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana OBGYN, accused of sexually abusing patients and defrauding the government, turned himself into Harrison County Police on Thursday.
Corydon doctor Paul Kelty faces two dozen charges, including sexual battery, theft, Medicaid fraud and possession of a controlled substance.
Three months ago, investigators raided Kelty's office.
Several patients say he inappropriately touched them during exams.
Court records show Kelty over-prescribed a toxic cocktail of Hydrocodone and Zanax to pregnant women.
They also show he defrauded the government out of Medicaid funding, by pushing patients into unnecessary procedures and office visits.
