LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Hoosier Lottery Cash4Life® ticket worth $1,000 a week was sold last week at a Walmart in Corydon, Indiana.

The ticket for the Hoosier Lottery July 4 Cash4Life® drawing matched all five numbers to win the game's second prize: $1,000 a week for life. In order to win the top prize of $1,000 a day for life, tickets must match all five numbers plus the Cash Ball.

The winning Cash4Life numbers for Friday, July 4, are: 4-5-7-11-22 with the Cash Ball of 2.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Walmart on Highway 135 NW in Corydon. It's only the second time a ticket matched all five numbers in the game's history. The first time was in April 2023, when a ticket matching all five numbers was sold at a business in Anderson, Indiana, according to the lottery's website.

The Cash4Life daily draw game is sold in 10 states, including Indiana.

The ticket holder should ensure their ticket is in a secure place, consider meeting with a financial adviser and contact Hoosier Lottery customer service at 1-800-955-6886 for specific claim instructions.
