LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Kentucky farmer is now a millionaire thanks to the Hoosier Lotto.

Marshall Morgan of Guston, Kentucky in Meade County has claimed the $3.5 million Hoosier Lotto Jackpot.

It was Morgan's wife Deloris who bought Saturday's winning ticket at a BP on highway 135 in Corydon.  The couple took the cash option, receiving $1.1 million before taxes.

With the winnings, Deloris Morgan plans to remodel their home and take a trip to Hawaii.  Marshall Morgan says the money won't keep him out of the field, though he's eager to pay off some debt.

"This takes all the stress off," said Morgan in a news release.  "Last year's crops didn't do so well. When you farm you always have debts. You get out of bed to get out of debt."
