LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Les Misérables, Peter Pan and The Wiz headline the 2024-25 season of PNC Broadway in Louisville at the Kentucky Center for the Arts.
The new lineup, announced Thursday, includes six shows from October 2024 to August 2025:
- Les Misérables: Oct. 1-6, 2024
- Moulin Rouge! The Musical: Feb. 18 to March 2, 2025
- Peter Pan: March 25-30, 2025Â
- & Juliet: April 22-27, 2025
- Shucked: May 13-18, 2025
- The Wiz: July 29 to Aug. 3, 2025
Additionally, As an added "season option," Mamma Mia! will come to town Dec. 3-8, 2024.
"We are beyond thrilled to bring this all-new 24/25 lineup to Louisville, including the spectacular 2-week engagement of Moulin Rouge! The Musical," Leslie Broecker, president of PNC Broadway in Louisville, said in a news release Thursday. "It’s the perfect mix of most-requested returns with Les Misérables, Peter Pan, and Mamma Mia!, paired with premieres fresh from Broadway like Shucked and & Juliet. And get ready for a brand new day with The Wiz. This groundbreaking twist on The Wizard of Oz changed the face of Broadway 50 years ago and is now coming to Louisville in an all-new Broadway tour!"
PNC Broadway in Louisville’s 30th Anniversary Season boasted nearly 16,000 subscribers, the second-highest number in the series' history. The rest of the season includes:Â
- Clue: March 5-10
- SIX: April 9-14
- Beetlejuice: May 14-19
