LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a man showed up at a local hospital with gunshot wounds and later died.
According to LMPD Spokesperson Dwight Mitchell, around 7 p.m. Wednesday, First Division officers responded to University Hospital on a report that an adult male had been dropped off at the hospital "by private means" with gunshot wounds.
The man died at the hospital a short time later, Mitchell said.
Police have not located a scene and have no suspects.
