LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are searching for a 65-year-old man who suffers from dementia.
Lester Phelps was dropped off by a taxi near Simmons College at 1000 South 4th Street at 9 a.m. in Old Louisville. The 6'1", 175-pound Black man suffers from dementia and gets confused, according to police.
Phelps was wearing a red jacket, white undershirt, black pants and white Nike shoes.
Anyone with any information about Phelps is asked to call 911 or LMPD's anonymous tip line at (502) 574-5673.
