LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was shot and killed early Saturday morning in Louisville's Shawnee neighborhood.
Louisville Metro Police said officers were responded to the 600 block of South 38th Street around 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning on a ShotSpotter call. They found an unresponsive man there suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Officers attempted to render aid to the victim, but he was pronounced dead on the scene by EMS.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is leading the investigation.
