LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A massive Christmas tree made its way through downtown on Wednesday for Light Up Louisville.

This year's tree, a Norway spruce, comes from a family on Silver Oaks Court. Louisville Parks will decorate the tree that will shine over downtown this holiday season.

The annual ceremony to light the city's Christmas tree is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 6, from 3-9 p.m.
