LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Thanksgiving may be next week, but some local firefighters are already feeling the Christmas spirit, as they count down to a beloved annual tradition.

Zoneton firefighters started working on this year's Santa Truck on Monday.

The truck's big reveal will happen Dec. 3 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Station One on North Preston Highway. The theme of this year's truck won't be revealed until then.

Each year, the truck tours neighborhoods in the area to spread a little holiday cheer.

You'll have a chance to catch up with Santa during Lowe's Night on Dec. 9, and at the final meetup on Sunday, Dec. 21 from 6-9 p.m. at the Paroquet Springs Center in Shepherdsville.
