LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A house in Louisville's Germantown neighborhood that some neighbors said didn't fit the area has sold.
The home on St. Michael Street started making the rounds on social media back in June.

Some neighbors said the home looked out of place and not in tune with the traditional neighborhood aesthetic and its shotgun-style homes. But others said it looks fancy and upscale.
The two-story home was described as a modern masterpiece with wide windows and an in-ground pool. A warranty deed shows the property owners purchased the lot for $120,000 in April 2020.
According to realtor Carrie King, the home, which was listed for $750,000, sold for $700,000.
King called it a record-breaking sale for the neighborhood.
