LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A portion of Mellwood Avenue in Louisville will close for several hours this weekend.
According to a news release from Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD), the 2000 block of the road, near the Brownsboro Road intersection, will close "for about" 10 hours this Saturday, June 10.
The closure is set to begin at 6:30 a.m.
Officials said crews will be practicing installing a floodwall closure at the location.
