Prosecutors argue for probation for former Louisville officer who shot pepper balls at David McAtee's business

While attorneys for McAtee’s family say Katie Crews initiated the sequence of events leading to David McAtee’s death, federal prosecutors asked for a sentence of no incarnation arguing, in part, Crews was fairly new on the force and “clearly could not have foreseen the tragic outcome of her actions in this case.”
