LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The west branch of the Jefferson County Clerk's Office will reopen Monday after closing last month because of flood damage.

The branch closed July 22 because of storm damage, then reopened July 27. But ongoing issues forced the branch to close again July 31.

"The West Branch plays an important role in serving residents of west Louisville, and we're excited to reopen our doors after completing the necessary repairs," Jefferson County Clerk David Yates said in a news release.

The branch will provide its full range of motor vehicle services once it reopens.
