LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Sherman Minton Bridge will be closed in one direction starting in March.
The westbound lanes of Interstate 64 will be closed for the weekend starting March 8.
This means you won't be able to take the bridge from Louisville to New Albany because crews will place new concrete on the top deck.
The detour takes drivers to I-65 then I-265.
One lane on the bottom deck will also close at 6 p.m. Friday, March 8 through 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9.
