LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Indiana woman is facing murder charges, accused of killing two toddlers inside a home in Mitchell.
According to Indiana State Police, officers were called to Brook Street around 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26, to investigate the deaths of a 3-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl. Mitchell is about 45 minutes south of Bloomington.
Police arrested Brittany Medina, 33, but have not said how the kids died or how she's connected to them.
Medina was charged with two counts of murder.
ISP said autopsies on the children have been scheduled as the case remains under investigation.
