The victims are a 3-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl.
Earlier this week, the Mitchell Police Department said it had taken several reports at numerous businesses about counterfeit money.
Some flavors include cucumber aloe margarita, blueberry lavender lemon drop, cacao espresso martini, tart cherry old fashioned and turmeric ginger mule.
The trail, still in its planning phases, will run more than 60 miles north to Mitchell, Indiana.
