According to court documents, 31-year-old Paul Wade was taken into custody in connection with the deaths of 26-year-old Edward Lamont Smith and 24-year-old Alexis McCrary.
It happened at the end of a hearing for Paul Wade, who is accused of killing two people in the Russell neighborhood last month.
The judge said the chaos broke out after a murder suspect used a derogatory word to people in the courtroom.
