It "appears foul play was involved," Mitchell said, but police haven't released a cause of death.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating.
The Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods (OSHN) said LMPD reported a 16% reduction in violence and 40% reduction in shootings in Louisville.Â
