Drought conditions have plagued our communities for months now with Moderate and Severe Drought emerging at the end of 2023. This week we have seen significant improvement in the U.S. Drought Monitor.

As we wrap up 2023, we begin to look ahead at what weather will greet us in 2024. The Climate Prediction Center includes us in slightly wetter than normal conditions six to ten days from now.
