Firefighters battled a late-night house fire on Harkaway Avenue, working in freezing conditions to contain the flames after the home’s lone occupant escaped safely.
The fire broke out Saturday evening.
Crews responded to reports of a building on fire in the 2400 block of W. Broadway just before 8 p.m.
Everyone made it out of the home safely before firefighters got there.
The fire was reported Monday morning in a neighborhood just off Dixie Highway north of the Watterson Expressway.
The fire was reported about 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Lynnview on Blue Bird Avenue.
After they were cleared by investigators of any wrongdoing, WDRB removed their images from this story.
Six people escaped from the fire early Monday morning at the two-story, 9,500-square-foot building was reported just before 6 a.m
Both fires happened near Harrods Creek Tuesday evening.
Few details are available right now, but WDRB's crew at the scene reported seeing large columns of flames coming from the building.
