Within a 24-hour period, CBP officers intercepted three separate shipments containing 2,387 pieces of fake designer jewelry like rings, bracelets and necklaces.Â
The shipment of counterfeit jewelry came from Hong Kong, on its way to a residence in Ontario, Canada, according to CBP officials.Â
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers intercepted more than 3,000 counterfeit items in Louisville in just one night earlier this week, including watches, necklaces and earrings.
Federal officials said all three of the shipments originated in Hong Kong.
The international shipment was on the way to California.
The earrings arrived from Hong Kong.

The fake merchandise was in packages that came from Vietnam and were heading to Westminster, California.
