Louisville Metro Police officers were called to a multi-vehicle crash in the 10300 block of Preston Highway at Maple Spring Drive just after 8 p.m. Dec. 26.

The spill happened about 1 p.m. Thursday. 

The ramp is currently closed. There is no estimate when the ramp will reopen.

Public feedback will be accepted until June 13, 2025. 

Be aware of some interstate ramp closures this weekend in Louisville's east end.

According to TRIMARC, the interstate is expected to be closed for four hours. 

The mudslide was reported around 3:30 a.m. in the right eastbound lane near the National Turnpike exit.

The crash happened around 10:00 p.m. Monday night near the Westport Road exit.

The road was extended by four miles before the bridge opened in December 2016.
