Fire officials said crews from Anchorage-Middletown Fire & EMS and St. Matthews Fire responded to the 11200 block of Coventry Greens Drive just before noon Friday on a reported house fire.
Officials say smoke alarms were present in the home, but it’s unclear if they were working at the time of the fire.
Eight people inside the home evacuated before crews arrived at the scene.
