Anthony Stewart's bond was set at $1 million cash. 

The juvenile is the second suspect to be arrested and charged in Rachel Hughes' murder.

A dead person was found Wednesday afternoon in Louisville's Parkland neighborhood.

When police arrived on scene, they found a female with multiple stab wounds.

The shooting happened around 2 a.m. on Nov. 29.

A 28-year-old Louisville man is now charged with murder in connection to a homicide near Petersburg Park earlier this week, according to Louisville Metro Police.

LMPD said the two are facing a number of charges.
