LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A dead person was found Wednesday afternoon in Louisville's Parkland neighborhood.
Dwight Mitchell, a spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to the area of 28th Street and Garland Avenue at the railroad tracks.
Police found a dead body on the tracks. The gender and age of the victim is unknown at this time.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating.
