The Kentucky Lottery said the winner has six months to claim the prize.
The person who bought the 2nd place ticket will receive $25,000 a year for life.
The $25,000-a year payout lasts for 20 years, and would become part of the winner's estate if they died before that.
She won the second prize in the Dec. 19 drawing.

Monday's winning ticket matched the first five white ball numbers, but not the Lucky Ball to win the game’s second prize.
The winning ticket was sold in Jeffersontown for Monday night's drawing.
The Kentucky Lottery says two second prize tickets were sold in Louisville.
The winner is advised to sign the back of the ticket immediately.
