A man is in custody after a shooting at a Texas Roadhouse in Okolona sent one man to the hospital Thursday evening, according to Louisville Metro Police.

It happened around 2 a.m. on the northbound ramp of the Shepherdsville exit, near Hwy. 44.

After months of therapy, overcoming PTSD, depression and suicidal thoughts, he bought a property in the Appalachian Mountains and opened Camp Hero.

The accident happened Wednesday afternoon.

K-9 Dash was shot and killed in March last year while chasing a shoplifting suspect who fired at police.

Shepherdsville Police are investigating allegations against Rodney Stults.

More than a dozen people filled the courtroom to support Shepherdsville Police and Dash's handler. 

The allegation was reported in May.

Police are searching for suspects after a woman's car was stolen and gun shots were fired in Shepherdsville on Saturday night.
