The shooting occurred around 3:20 a.m. in the 2800 block of 7th Street Road.
Detectives said they recovered four to five pounds of meth, a "trafficking amount" of marijuana, four handguns and "a large sum" of cash from the suspect's home.
It happened Oct. 21, shortly after 11 a.m. in the 3900 block of 7th Street Road.
The driver was injured, but the severity of their injuries is unknown.
The incident started late Tuesday night after a Flock camera alerted police about a vehicle with a stolen license plate.
Shively Police are searching for a 13-year-old girl believed to be in danger.
Police are now searching for 27-year-old Da'montz Daniel-Hutchings as a person of interest. Police said he is considered armed and dangerous.
The pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital and died shortly after arriving.
Robert Gill, 61, was booked into Louisville Metro Corrections on Tuesday morning.
Police said the man and woman, both in their early 20s, were shot several times, but are expected to survive.
