One of baseball's greats was celebrated Sunday at the Slugger Museum in downtown Louisville.

Down Syndrome of Louisville and Critically Loved held Rappel for a Reason.

Paul Jones, a 100-year-old veteran of World War II, visited the museum in downtown Louisville for a behind-the-scenes tour. 

They said the movie has given them a platform to help kids in need.

The Louisville Slugger Museum & Factor started Monday making 2022 World Series Championship bats.

There was free admission for children, trick-or-treating inside the museum and a special-edition mini baseball bat. 

Nading, now 60, has turned her handstand hobby into an inspiration for other people in their 50s and beyond to reach their goals.

The new sculpture features Aaron in a mid-1970s Atlanta uniform with a classic Braves ballcap with a red lowercase “A.”

The Slugger Museum and Factory is running a fundraiser for the month of January.
