“As you fell, you tried to catch yourself and accidently discharged your firearm striking two of the juveniles,” Police Chief Jacquelyn Gwinn-Villaroel said in a memo to Kaiser on Jan. 25. “Your actions were unsafe.”
The Kia then passed through the Thielmeier's yard, and collided with Senia's Ford F-150.
The estimated value of all the vehicles is over $3.1 million.
According to Corporal John Miller, a spokesman for the Clarksville Police Department, the crash was the result of the driver fleeing an attempted traffic stop in Indiana.
Corey Buford, 20, was arrested by Louisville Metro Police on Thursday evening, according to court documents.
The two Louisville men were booked into the Nelson County Detention Center.
The chase ended near Seymour early Thursday morning.
Ralph Lax was arrested on Interstate 65 by Hillview Police as he was heading towards Louisville.
