According to LMPD, officers were called to the 5000 block of Kaufman Lane around 1:20 a.m. on a report of a shooting.

Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a woman showed up to University Hospital on Monday morning with a gunshot wound.

LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating and there are no suspects.

Montra Huddleston, 35, had gotten into a verbal argument with the woman before the shooting happened.

The shooting remains under investigation.
