LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — After receiving about half of the votes, Jason Briscoe, Atherton wide receiver, is WDRB Sports Player of the Week.
On Friday, Briscoe was never touched as he flew down the field, scoring on an 83-yard punt. Atherton crushed Southern 44-0.
Here's how the final voting broke down:
- Briscoe: 48.1% of the votes
- Jason Hence, Collins wide receiver: 44.7% of the votes
- Kade Goodin, Collins quarterback: 7.2% of the votes
