LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- After the first 45 minutes of the match, Racing Louisville FC looked like it had a good chance at returning home with points.
But after leading 1-0 at halftime, Racing fell on the road to the North Carolina Courage 3-1.
Racing got on the board in the first half behind a goal from Reilyn Turner in the 31st minute. It was her fourth goal of the season.
Then in the second half, it was all North Carolina. The Courage found the back of the net in the 55th, 61st and 69th minute to take a lead it wouldn't surrender.
The loss puts Racing at 3-5-7 with the next match coming against the Chicago Red Stars on Aug. 24.
