The crash took place at on the morning of Sunday, Jan. 15, at the intersection of South 3rd Street and West Jefferson Street.
A 19-year-old man has been arrested and faces multiple charges stemming from a fatal hit-and-run crash last January, according to Louisville Metro Police.
Angelo Collier was arraigned Tuesday, where a not-guilty plea was entered on several charges.
