In a news release, the Democratic governor called legislators' vote to override his vetos an attempt "to surrender to COVID-19 and accept the casualties."
Gov. Andy Beshear had vetoed House Bill 312, a measure he said 'defeats the entire purpose of the Kentucky Open Records Act.'
