The amusement park is only open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays until the last week of May.
Kentucky Kingdom is offering free admission to "hometown heroes" and their friends and family next weekend on Sept. 11 and 12. Each person who qualifies can bring up to six guests with them to the amusement park and Hurricane Bay.
The amusement park in Louisville held its job fair in hopes of hiring 600 workers for this season.
