We asked for the tour even before Indiana's attorney general sued Wildlife in Need for animal abuse.
The ruling comes weeks after Indiana's Attorney General filed a lawsuit against the zoo and its owner, Tim Stark, following allegations of animal abuse and neglect.
The judge also affirmed an earlier ruling by a USDA administrative judge to revoke Stark's Animal Welfare Act license.
