Omari Cryer, 25, was killed Friday morning around 8:30 a.m. in the Chickasaw neighborhood in west Louisville.
Kentucky's attorney general said the department violated open records laws when it failed to turn over information to the family of Omari Cryer, who was shot and killed by a U.S. Marshal last May.
