In this episode of Crossroads, host Dalton Godbey explores Main Street in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Itās a stretch packed with legendary sports history, iconic bourbon, and some of the cityās best food and culture.
The day begins at the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, where Dalton takes a behind-the-scenes tour to see how the iconic bats are made ā then steps into the batting cage to take a few swings of his own.
Just down the street, he visits Barrels & Billets, a hands-on bourbon blending experience launched by Hillerich & Bradsby, the same family company behind Louisville Slugger. There, he learns how the batmakers are now crafting custom spirits and sharing the story behind their evolution.
Dalton then heads to Whiskey Row, exploring its rich bourbon history before diving into two local favorites: Bearnoās and Doc Crowās.
The day ends at the Frazier History Museum, where Kentuckyās past comes to life through engaging exhibits and immersive storytelling.
