LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Hotel Genevieve in NuLu is getting a new restaurant.
WDRB's Keith Kaiser stopped by The Exchange NuLu that officially opened on Wednesday.
The dining concept crossed the bridge from New Albany and found its way inside NuLu's Hotel Genevieve. Following months of renovations, the space has been reimagined into a neighborhood dining destination.
The Exchange's Ian and Nikki Hall reimagined the restaurant space formerly occupied by Byrdie’s.
Guests can expect signature staples, similar to the New Albany location, including Goat Cheese Fritters, Steak Frites, and small plates inspired by seasonal produce from local Kentucky and Indiana farmers.
The bar features bourbons, local craft beers and cocktails.
