On a visit to Asia last summer, Jackie Zheng saw many of these types of arcades all over the place.
They had a vibe and atmosphere like nothing else in the states. He was inspired to bring something similar back home.
Planning took almost six months and another four months to renovate the Outer Loop location and create a big city high energy arcade vibe on the Outer Loop.Â
