LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Getting better at basketball goes hi-tech at a brand new facility in Norton Commons.
WDRB's Keith Kaiser tests his skills at Shoot360 Louisville.
University of Louisville national champion Peyton Siva and his wife, Patience have opened the area’s first Shoot360 basketball experience located at 9400 Dayflower Street in Norton Commons.
Shoot360 is the first immersive basketball experience that combines skill development with the same advanced technology used by NBA and NCAA teams.
The 13,000 square foot space has multiple shooting and passing courts as well as a ball-handling area featuring a virtual trainer.
Members have access to stations where they can improve their game while getting real-time feedback through its technology and expert on-floor coaching.
Shoot360 makes getting better fun by tapping into the video-gaming culture, celebrating progress and achievement through leveling up as well as earning points and badges.
In addition to its state-of-the-art technology, Shoot360 also offers a variety of programs and services to help athletes improve.
Shoot 360 Louisville is open and staffed seven days a week (Monday-Friday 1-9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.-7 p.m.).
Shoot360 has 30 locations nationwide with a mission to reimagine basketball skill development and competition.
