The bridge work is still on track to be finished sometime in November.
All lanes of the Clark Memorial Bridge, also known as the Second Street Bridge, reopened early Monday more than a month ahead of schedule.
Officials said Louisville Metro Police will release its traffic plan on Wednesday.
