The multibillion-dollar bourbon industry isn't done growing. Old and new distilleries alike are adding on immersive experiences for guests.
In a news release Monday, Erwin says the company is "thrilled" to grow its distilling, bottling and brand.
The company's president and CEO said the investment will help increase the distillery's capacity by 50% by 2024.
