Temptations Holiday Boutique

The Temptations Holiday Boutique at The Olmsted is Louisville’s premier seasonal shopping event, featuring more than 30 small and local businesses under one roof. Visitors can discover unique gifts and handmade goods, while supporting Kentucky artisans and entrepreneurs. With extended hours throughout the week, shoppers can enjoy a relaxed, festive experience and get their holiday shopping done early in one convenient location.
Corydon Christmas Extravaganza

A magical kickoff to the holiday season! Downtown Corydon will sparkle with lights, laughter, and Christmas cheer for the whole family.

Festivities include family-friendly activities such as shopping at the Mistletoe Market, holiday food, cocktails, live entertainment on two stages, photos with Santa, a trackless train ride, the Lots of Lights parade and free activities for kids. Santa will be on hand and flip the switch, launching the start of Light Up Louisville and the lighting of the famous downtown tree. Info here.
Bats host Breakfast with Santa

Breakfast with Santa will take place in the home and visiting clubhouses at Louisville Slugger Field, creating a one-of-a-kind environment for fans to experience one of the most exclusive areas of the ballpark, a space that is not usually open to the public. All tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be available on the day of the event and it is expected to sell out quickly. Animal Care Society (ACS), Louisville’s first No-Kill shelter, announces the 2025 BowWow Meow Boutique. The public can choose from over 500 festive holiday baskets, including options for pets, kids, sports fans, Christmas enthusiasts, and gourmet spirits. All proceeds benefit the Animal Care Society and its mission to find forever homes for dogs and cats in Louisville.

In addition to pictures with Santa Claus and Buddy the Elf, there will be a Touch-a-Truck area featuring Floyd County public safety vehicles, an Ornament Station from Destination Georgetown, a Creative Candy Collage Station from Maria Davis of Kindling Studios, face painting, balloon animals, Parks Department activities, the Maker Mobile from Maker13 and more. The Scoop’s Mobile Sweet Shop will be selling soup, chili, coffee and hot chocolate to keep away the winter chill.
48th annual Old Louisville Holiday Home Tour

Get a glimpse inside some of historic Old Louisville's signature mansions and homes stylishly dressed for the holidays. Guests on the tour will learn about the diverse history of Old Louisville, which is home to the largest contiguous collection of Victorian mansions in the United States. This year, the iconic Sloane Mansion, also known as the Mayor's Mansion, will be on the tour, as well as two Dupont Mansions along Fourth Street. Tickets and info here or call 502-635-5244.

6th annual Gardens Aglimmer at Waterfront Botanical Gardens

Stroll through pathways illuminated with giant glowing flowers, shimmering snowflakes, twinkling archways, and sparkling deer. There will be lots of children's activities like writing a letter to Santa, crafts and meet with Santa and Mrs. Claus. There will also be warm drinks and sweat treats with beer, wine and festive signature cocktails to choose from.

Kentucky Kingdom New Year's Eve Fireworks

Kentucky Kingdom rings in the New Year with your family, without staying up too late. Celebrate 2026 with an amazing New Year's Eve Fireworks Spectacular set to music.
