Momentum appears to be slowly building toward a possible special session of the legislature on police reform.

Dr. Jason Smith, chief medical officer at U of L Health, said it's too soon to tell if this is the "second wave" we've been hearing about since the pandemic began. 

The new "comprehensive benefits portal" will make it easier to access health care coverage and other benefits, according to the governor's office.
