The man accused of shooting a police officer in Shawnee Park complained to a judge Friday morning, claiming that he'd had no access to a phone or medical care while in jail.
Herbert Lee, 30, was wanted for three different warrants on July 10 when police approached him at the Dirt Bowl tournament at the park in west Louisville.
Herbert Lee pleaded guilty Thursday to 20 felony charges in two cases and was sentenced to prison for the shooting at the annual Dirt Bowl.
