When contacted by investigators, Robert Bauer said he and his wife traveled to Washington from Kentucky to President Donald Trump's rally on Jan. 6, according to an FBI special agent.
Bauer and his cousin, Edward Hemenway, were inside the Capitol for about 17 minutes. Hemenway, who's from Virginia, was also given the same sentence.
