With numerous complaints about long wait times on the phone, the state of Kentucky says help is on the way for those who are claiming unemployment.
Gov. Andy Beshear has said for weeks that Kentucky's unemployment system lags behind the demand as a result of business closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This comes as thousands of residents believe they're being taxed incorrectly on their unemployment money, which some of them are still waiting on.
