LG&E customers have a chance to learn more about the proposed 11% rate hike and to comment on it during a virtual public meeting on Tuesday, April 20.
The reminder comes as customers who are past due will start getting disconnect notices with next month's bill.
Customers can get a one-time credit on their bills up to $1,000.
